SUPERVISOR

St. Michael’s School has been a part of my life for so many years that it has become a home away from home for me. I distinctly remember stepping into the portals of this great institution 34 years ago with apprehension and dreams as a teacher fresh out of training. Today, as a Supervisor, it all seems like yesterday.

The work culture, the camaraderie and the student-teacher relationships that developed in the years that followed have left an indelible mark on my memory. Witnessing the growth and progress of this magnanimous institution has been a journey in itself as each academic year begins and ends in the same way and yet, there is always a flurry of events with new faces, brighter perspectives and a plethora of interactions across staff, parents and students that leaves me thinking, “How did it all work out?”

It's amazing how each day brings its own challenges and yet, the grace of the Lord provides renewed vigour and enthusiasm for every task. St. Michael's has been a nurturing ground for students that are well-accomplished today and form the proud alumni of the school. Likewise, the leadership of the school over these years has taken St. Michaels from glory to glory. My sincere prayer is that we are never short of zest to continue bringing quality education to the students within the framework provided to us.
